About Me
As a qualified Korea National Sport University(KNSU) graduate in Seoul, Korea and over 15 years of experience as a sports coach, with a specialisation in sports training, athletic performance, body posture science, and nutrition, I offer personalised one-on-one training tailored to your unique condition and goals.
With a background as a professional athlete, I've won national competitions and understand the importance of movement and nutrition in achieving optimal performance. My approach combines physical movement flow therapy and sports psychology to create customised programs that cater to individual clients.
My training methodology, "Amy Training," is a detox therapy and movement program designed to help you achieve peak performance and alleviate pain. With over 15 years of experience as a sports coach, I've developed a deep understanding of the human body, which I utilise to focus on balance, strength, and joint mobility.
Inspired by yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic, I incorporate elements of these disciplines into my practice to correct posture and strengthen muscles. However, I also create my own unique movements tailored to each client's profile. One of my signature programs is a belly fat loss program.
